Fruit Salad Lanai

Ingredients

Directions:

Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise through crown. Cut fruit from shells, leaving shells intact. Cut fruit into chunks. Peel and slice banana, section orange. Core and slice pear. Arrange fruit in pineapple boats. Garnish with mint.

Combine chutney, juice, bell pepper, oil, ginger and curry powder in bowl; mix well. Serve dressing with salad.
