Transform any steak into a tender and flavorful delicacy

1 1/2 | lbs | flank steak | |

1 1/2 | lbs | OR London broil | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | lbs | OR chuck steak | |
|
|||
1 1/2 | lbs | OR strip steak | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | cooking sherry | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | soy sauce | |
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|
|||
1 | clove | garlic, minced | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | ground ginger | |
|
Score steak in criss-cross pattern on both sides.
Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish. Marinate steak covered, for several hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.
Grill or broil until cooked as desired.
